For nearly twenty years, Roger Edwards Distributors has distributed
Briwax and the associated products to commercial furniture makers,
antique dealers and malls, trade users, woodworkers and end users
alike. We have used these products ourselves and promoted them
because we believe them to be the best. As part of that search
for quality, we have searched for products that might even surpass
the quality of our own offerings.
For events beyond our control, we have sought out manufacturers
of wax finishes, and asked that they keep us informed to new
or emerging products that they believed fit in this venue, venue
of unsurpassed quality. Until now, we have felt that we and our
customers were best served with the Briwax we have promoted for
many years.
But now there is “LUSTRA”.
LUSTRA is a fine European hard finishing wax born of that search
and we are extremely proud and excited to offer this exceptional
product to the American market. We feel that Lustra has a superior
sheen, and consistency of quality and availability over Briwax,
and this is coupled with ease of application. Although we have
championed Briwax, we are unabashedly bullish on the merits of
Lustra.
LUSTRA is manufactured in England to exacting specifications
for US users, but is born out of the centuries old secrets held
within the English Guild system. LUSTRA will please the trade
users working in the Antique, Reclaimed Pine, Unfinished and
Antique Reproduction furniture markets, and home owner looking
to rejuvenate or maintain household furnishings.
LUSTRA is available in Clear and six wood colors specifically
formulated for the American market. We at Lustersheen are confident
that you will put LUSTRA at the top of the class when it comes
to wax polishes.

we make every effort to represent products accurately and
to ensure our photos, drawings, copy, specifications, and
pricing are as accurate as possible. Sometimes errors and
specification differences do occur in our catalogs or on
our website and we apologize for any inconvenience. Lustersheen-Online
reserves the right to make corrections, changes, and deletions
to any product or service at any time. We also reserve the
right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and make
price changes at any time. If you wish to verify specifications

- What is your return policy?
- Please check your merchandise upon receipt of shipment.
- Returns for full refund due to errors (Lustersheen-Online's
or the customer's), defective merchandise or other problems
must be accomplished within 21 days of your purchase. This
is only reasonable, and is meant to be a reasonable policy
for both Lustersheen-Online and the customer.
- Cost of return
shipping will be paid by Lustersheen-Online if the error
is ours; the customer will pay return shipping if the error
is theirs.
Returns from 21 days to 45 days are subject to a 20% restocking
fee and return shipping costs to be paid by the customer,
no matter whose error, even when damage was not discovered
in the 21 day period.
- It is also not unusual for there to be slight leakage,
although we take many precautions against this. This in no
way diminishes
the value of the product, unless the leakage is unreasonable.
Returns over 45 days are subject to our approval and a 40%
restocking fee.
Our return policy is not to discourage you from purchasing,
it is to encourage you to check your merchandise on receipt.
99.99% of all orders are A-OK, but returning product that
is not needed months later is difficult to deal with.

sizes,
and project requirements ASAP after receipt of shipment.

- What happens if an item is on backorder?
- Out-of-stock items will be processed and shipped as soon
as they arrive. Your credit card will not be charged until
items are shipped.
- What is the warranty on the products that you sell?
- Lustra products are fully guaranteed to be as stated.
Lustra products are very high quality products and generally
perform
as such when used according to manufacturer's recommendations.
Lustra wax is often liquid in hot weather and this is not
a defect, but an inherent trait of the wax blend.
- What is your privacy policy?
- The information collected in the Briwax Online is information
which you may enter into the product order form. This information
is never sold nor will it be shared with any other companies.
Information gathered by the use of cookies or server logs
is only used for internal site maintenance, security, and
upgrades. This information will not be sold or shared with
any other company.
- Do you handle Canadian orders?
- Metal wools may be shipped to Canadian addresses, but we can only ship our waxes and finishing chemicals to addresses within the United States. You may call us toll-free at 1-800-274-9299 or email us at orders@lustersheen-online.com to order metal wools to be shipped to Canada.
